Santa’s Letter
It’s hard to believe that Christmas
2017 is already here and gone. With all the election
brouhaha, Santa is having a hard time getting a word in
edgewise.
Santa has asked me to help you help me help others, so
read on another 2 minutes, please.
I have decided
to continue offering the portion of the COACH2 Model that
deals specifically with Dynamic Inquiry. It’s a 6 module
program taught online in an interactive format (role
plays), for about 90 minutes each session.
We are continuing our 2018 launch with
our 4-Day Intensive, where we stress the 1-minute
interactions, followed by debriefs, which are the meat of
the learning process. You will be given access to
some of the content from our first Dynamic Inquiry
Course which was held last December to help in your
learning process.
This year, COACH2 is celebrating
two decades of helping people have lives and I want to
give more people the opportunity to learn this system of
coaching.
COACH2 is the foundation of our B/Coach
System, which has offered Developmental Business Coaches
in more than 45 countries to “help people have lives.”
This program is going to be donation only to purchase rice
(and medicine and training to help lift our MyPALs up out
of poverty) this typhoon season, which hits the
Philippines through early December… and of course
Christmas clothes for children who may not receive
anything new without our help.
All donations go to
this project; we keep nothing for administration. Although
we are not an official charitable organization, your funds
go through our DBA Tech-Age of Connecticut, LLC in PayPal.
If you want to come see what we do, visit us in the
Philippines. So, please join our starfish project.
However, that’s a separate matter.
For our Dynamic Inquiry 4-Day Intensive Program, we are
requesting a donation of $197, which entitles you attend
the 4 evenings, access the content of our introductory
course held in December, and the audios of the 4-Day
Intensive for you to continue your learning.
If you would like to just donate to our MyPAL Holiday Rice
Fund, please use our PayPal donation link
HERE [NOTE: Payment will show
“Tech-Age of Connecticut, LLC”].
To join the COACH2 Skills Dynamic Inquiry 4-Day Intensive course, begin with your donation by clicking the “Donate” button below.
Secondly, become a facilitator for the
2018 programs for those who are approved when you complete
the program.
Facilitating the work is a way to
deepen your own capability to “listen for development”,
and to gain a license to use the program professionally.
The program has been offered in the past decade for
$4,995, and I’m not going to ask for that. You can donate
according to your conscience and your country [NOTE: The
global currency differences may put you at a stark
advantage or disadvantage, and my goal is to offer the
opportunity to all.]
You may donate $197 or more for all 4 sessions of the 4-Day Intensive.
ALL of the proceeds for this 4-Day Intensive program will be used in our MyPAL Project in the Philippines: providing steps out of generational poverty by providing food, shelter, medicine, education, and income to disadvantaged Filipinos.

relearning. So if you can’t attend live, you can pick up
the recording.
The program teaches you how to use
Dynamic Inquiry in everyday conversation — it’s an
advanced communication model for helpers: coaches,
consultants, mentors, teachers, psychotherapists, doctors,
nurses, leaders, managers, or people who are in helping,
selling, and serving professions — where core motives or
cause and effect assumptions are being surfaced, tested,
and influenced.
You may read the short overview of
Dynamic Inquiry and how it fits in postmodern
conversations, which is in the email we sent to you when
you registered to learn more about the program. If
you did not receive that email, please use the form below
to request it again.

Mike R. Jay is an enigma and calls himself the “world’s
most innovative coach”.
Working directly with Thomas Leonard in the early
days of the commercialization of coaching, Mike formed
B/Coach Systems, wrote COACH 2, the Bottom Line and
has trained 1000s of Developmental Business Coaches around
the world.
COACH2 celebrates its 20th year as a formal coaching model
when Mike attended Corporate Coach U — the first graduate.
Earning a paycheck as a business coach since 1988, almost
3 Decades later, Mike completed 10,000 hours of coaching
and stopped counting — coaching clients around the world,
including oligarchs in Russia next to the Russian White
House.
Mike has logged 100s of successful failures as an
innovator in developmental coaching and continues daily to
work with CEOs around the world in their own development.
Mike recently built LeaderW@RE, a tool for nurturing
vertical and oblique development and continues to add
sophistication to leadership development through efforts
in Leadership University.
Mike, with dedicated
business partner Gary Gile, founded the Starfish project
and daily provide rice, medicine, education, shelter, and
income to disadvantaged Filipinos, while living, working,
and traveling around the world.
Mike’s Inner Circle @F-L-O-W continues the virtual
tradition in the spirit of Inquiry and global discussion
modeled by the Berkana Conversations in the 1990s.
