Mike: Is there something you would like to tell us about?

Gary: Yes, I’ve been trying for a number of days to figure out how to get Webinar Ignition working with Google Hangouts and have not had any success at all. Thankfully, Wayne was able to help me this evening so I got part of it working but I haven’t figured out to connect the other part and it’s been very frustrating.

Mike: Have you had a lot of experience in doing things like this before?

Gary: Not this, no.

Mike: If there was something that you would do differently now, what would it be?

Gary: I would look for a different way to set up this webinar instead of using Webinar Ignition connected with Google Hangouts

Mike: Would you get help sooner or later?

Gary: Definitely sooner.

Mike: What would you do differently if I said, Gary, knowing what you know now, do this again?

Gary: What would I do?

Mike: What would you do differently.

Gary: What would I do differently. I would probably contact YouTube and find out from them what I was doing wrong, but I’m not normally one to reach out like that. I like to figure it out for myself.

Mike: And in this particular case how did that work for you?

Gary: It didn’t work at all as you and everyone else can tell.
