As Mike continues to coach and work with his MyPALs in the Philippines, he gains more and more knowledge on how to improve coaching and helping others to help themselves.  2017 saw some major shifts in Mike’s coaching methods.

In 2018 and 2019, he will be consolidating those ideas and incorporating them into his latest book, one all coaches will want to own.  This will perhaps be Mike’s best work to date and people in leadership roles will greatly benefit by being part of this cutting edge movement.
